Hey there Joyce and Les. I’m “twirpy” from Cruise Critic. Julie and Joe juliejoe) and we are on the second leg of our back to back cruises to Beijing/Bangkok, Bangkok/Sydney with you. Just wanted to pop in and say nice pictures!

What a great web site. I have thought many times about doing the same thing but have never gotten around to it. You have now inspired me.
I just want to let you know that I have some photos of all of us in the dining room together if you would like to have copies. Just let me know.
Well, we have the threat of our first hurricane of the season. It’s name is “Dean” which is my middle name. I hope that’s not a bad sign!

Just wanted to say great website and thanks for the updates on your round the world touring. It’s always great to keep in touch with friends from cruisecritic and see what they’re up to. We hope you’re continuing to have fun and maybe someday we’ll drop in over by “Oz” .

Hi Joyce,
Tracey and I have just been looking at your photos, as you say you do travel a lot. I don’t travel anywhere now but Tracey does. The furthest that I go is over the moors to where Tracey has her horses which I l0ok after when she goes away (as well as her two dogs which stay in the house with our dog).
My partner and I have goats, hens and geese on our smallholding four miles outside Whitby which keep us busy!!

Many thanks for the information on the forthcoming Around SA trip on the Splendor.
We will be on the trip. We were on the Splendor for 28 days/ Eastern Med and Transatlantic in the Fall. Also on the Freedom , Miracle and Glory this year. Frankly, we didn’t think the Splendor was up to the ship standards of other Carnival ships, but we are looking forward to the SA trip. I write as “sculler” on Cruise Critic. Thanks again for the info and we hope to meet you on the Splendor!
